Winter Chores

Holy cow where did the fall go?  The last few weeks have been packed with preparations for the winter.  The garden space is now fully put to bed.  Today we will be doing the winter fertilization of the orchard.  I will be putting my new sprayer design strategy to the test.  Suzanne and I have talked about increasing the garden size extensively this spring.  There will be a huge increase in the pumpkin patch.  We’ve planted some nice climbing roses down the fence line along the driveway.  There is also a new strategy for the sun flowers for next year.  We’ve also talked about a new plan for the co-op memberships this year.

Lots of things to do.
